Our house has two spacious vacation apartments, each approximately 80 square meters.
The "Yellow" apartment has been completely renovated and is located on the first floor. It features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a terrace.
The "Blue" apartment is located on the upper floor. It features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms/toilets, and a balcony.
Both vacation apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a stove with oven. Free Wi-Fi.
Large garden with a lawn for sunbathing and a fitness room equipped with two indoor cycling bikes. Secure storage available for bicycles and motorcycles—lockable, of course.
Upon arrival, each guest receives the Chiemgau Card Ruhpolding-Inzell free of charge, which grants free access to many recreational activities in Inzell and the surrounding area. For example, it grants access to the mountain railway, museum visits, the water park with sauna, bus service in the region, and much more.

Bedroom with hardwood floors. Living room, small bedroom, and hallway with wood floors. Ceilings mostly lined with reclaimed wood.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, egg cooker, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, and a large freestanding refrigerator with freezer compartments. Parking available directly in front of the house. A crib can be set up in Bedroom 1. Crib available upon request.
Fitness room with two indoor cycling bikes available.
Quiet location on the outskirts of Inzell with great mountain views. Ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and bike tours. In winter, a cross-country ski trail runs right in front of the house. Swimming pools with wellness areas and sauna facilities are available in the surrounding area. Salzburg (30 km), Berchtesgaden (30 km), Bad Reichenhall (15 km), and Chiemsee (26 km). Local bus stop right outside the front door. 15-minute walk to the town center.
The hosts, Maria and Tom, love to spend their free time year-round on extended mountain bike tours in the surrounding area—mountain biking has become a year-round sport for them. In winter, however, they sometimes strap on their cross-country skis, use the trail across the street, and complete an “Inzell loop” on cross-country skis. For downhill skiing, they usually head to the Loferer Alm.


Our favorite tours by mountain bike or on foot: Frillensee—offers fantastic photo opportunities year-round; Bächeralm—the best alpine snack; Teisenberg summit—a superb view of the region; Inzell view (“Bangei”)—Inzell from above.
