The accommodation
Rare in Tours, this spacious T4 with a surface area of 100m2 will be able to accommodate between 8 and 10 people.

Ideal for your large gatherings of family, friends or for your teams, this magnificent T4 offers a large living room with two comfortable sofa beds and a large television. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers all the necessary equipment for your comfort during your stay: oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher as well as... raclette machine! Thus a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a dish towel for the kitchen) will be at your disposal, except for the kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided.

The large table will allow you to bring everyone together for tasty meals and other warm moments.

Upstairs, each bedroom (three in total) offers a double bed, with structure and quality mattress. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.

Also, a private terrace will be waiting for you on sunny days.

Linen (sheets, towels, duvet covers, bath mats and dish towels) will be provided and installed for your arrival. In addition, you will enjoy an impeccable Touraine house thanks to a cleaning carried out by a professional company. Everything is included in the cleaning fees.

The decoration, modern and neat, mixed with the charm of the old with exposed beams, old façade, parquet flooring in the bedrooms, and decorative fireplaces will seduce you for sure.
