8 kms from Saint-Tropez and 15 minutes from the beaches (Pampelonne, Gigaro..), this house located in the heart of the village of Gassin enjoys a spectacular view of the sea, the vineyards and the mountains.
The 17th century house has been renovated with the aim of keeping its authenticity and charm while providing great comfort and refined decoration.
The house is spacious (180m2 and 10m2 terrace) and offers two large bedrooms with 160cm beds, a bedroom with twin beds and a bedroom/office with a 90cm bed, ideal for a child. It can accommodate 7 people.
The house is built on 3 levels of 60m2 each. There are security barriers on each floor.
The first floor: a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large bathroom with bath and shower, a toilet, a dressing room, a laundry room (a washing machine, a dryer).
The 1st floor: a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with twin beds which gives access to an office with a single bed, ideal for a child.
The 2nd floor is dedicated to the living rooms: dining room, kitchen, living room with terrace access. The 2nd floor is air-conditioned.
The village of Gassin is in the heart of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula. Gassin has been awarded the label of Most Beautiful Village in France and has kept all its authenticity. Surrounded by vineyards, the village is accessible by car. Parking is free.

Valerie’s home in the middle of the Gassin village is a beautiful gem and well worth the visit. It was so comfortable for our group with absolutely everything thought of for us. The location is perfect in the middle of the wonderful town of Gassin. Our only problem is we wished that we stayed longer! We will be back!
