Clean Comfortable location on the Phoenix Scottsdale border. It’s close to Airport, Papago Park , golf, zoo, and Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Quiet setting and well kept grounds. Second story/upper level with balcony, and fountain view! Great location on the Phoenix Scottsdale border.

Could be better communication from owner. Covered parking, pool and laundry were convenient.

Tastefully decorated, comfortable condo. Property manager right below us was helpful, friendly, and responded quickly. Laundry facility was very close and clean. We felt safe there. Many eating facilities were close by. Grocery store , hair salon, and discount shops were within 2 miles. The reason I gave an overall rating of 4 stars is that the second-floor lanai sliding door doesn't lock and the screen needs replacing. The grounds of the complex are lovely. Though we didn't use the pool, it was conveniently located. We would stay there again.

I little disappointed. The place needs to be updated. A number of things were not working or were in poor condition, like thermostat for the heater, the toaster, the front door lock, dressers were old (seemed like garage sale stuff), slider when locked had to be unlocked with a screwdriver. Pool and hot tub were great.
