The Space:
Experience comfort and independence in this self contained guest suite, designed with a modern open plan layout that connects the living space to a private courtyard. The suite includes two private bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups. You will find a full kitchen stocked with essentials, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, alongside a functional bathroom with all necessary amenities. Relax in the living area with a TV and wireless internet, or step outside to your private patio to enjoy a meal on the BBQ. Situated in a prime location, you are only a short stroll from the beach and minutes away from Bayfair shopping centre , Mount Maunganui Golf Club and the Omanu beach.

Parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars
The Neighborhood:
The beach is approximately a three-minute walk from the property, with a local café nearby on Surf Road. Also nearby is Mount Maunganui Golf Club and Bayfair Shopping Centre. Mauao, Mount Maunganui Main Beach and the Mount's cafés and restaurants are within easy reach.

SUCH AN AMAZING SPOT! Absolutely loved how clean and fresh the place was! there was a slight issue but just reached out to host and they were amazing! couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay!

This is a nice but small apartment located in a basement. Everything you need is there, but you do get a bit of noise from the dwelling upstairs (footsteps, washing machine, etc). Good value for money, close to beach, would recommend!

An extremely tidy and well presented unit. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything you could possibly need.
