Guests have full and private access to the apartment. It is designed for self-check-in, with a smart lock that uses a code. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, regardless of the time.

You can drop off your luggage as early as 11:15 a.m., but the apartment will be ready by 4:00 p.m. for your arrival.

You’ll have everything you need to start your stay, such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, a towel set, sheets, coffee, and tea; however, you’ll need to go to the supermarket afterward to buy whatever else you need. There are plenty of them just a few minutes’ walk away.

Please note that the apartment isn’t really suitable for 6 adults, and it will be cramped.
- You should take care of the apartment and the appliances as if they were your own
- Any complaints about the cleaning must be made within 2 hours after check-in—after that, they will not be considered
- Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately
- Any damage caused to the property may result in a financial charge to the guest, at the owner’s discretion
- No guests are allowed to enter the apartment
- No noise above normal levels in general, but you must especially respect your neighbors
- No parties allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Do not give the access code to anyone outside the property
- Staff lockers are for STAFF ONLY and are not accessible to guests
- No refunds will be processed or granted if the listing description has not been read properly - Complaints regarding the subway or street noise have already been addressed in the listing.
