The villa, which offers panoramic views and is detached, is spread over three levels. You enter through a charming courtyard decorated with plants and flowers, and a small staircase leads to the entrance. The first level consists of a spacious open-concept living room and kitchen. Sitting comfortably on the sofa, you can enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows on the smart TV or simply admire the spectacular view of the island of Capri. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the open-concept dining table or, even better, outdoors on the stunning panoramic terrace while taking in a view you’ll never forget.
The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a swing chair.
The first level also features a bathroom with a shower and a small sitting area/office with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a chair with a desk—perfect for anyone who needs to work during their stay. The living room opens onto an additional outdoor space surrounded by greenery, complete with a small table and chairs.
On the second level, you’ll find two recently renovated bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and smart TVs, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The top floor is a real gem: a very spacious area with a second kitchen, a large table for group dinners, a kitchen island with stools, and a comfortable sofa bed with a smart TV. The entire room is surrounded on three sides by floor-to-ceiling windows offering a 270° view of the hills, the sea, and the island of Capri.
Finally, the icing on the cake is the private outdoor hot tub with a panoramic view, available from May through September.
