Are you looking—no matter the season—for a sunny spot that has everything you need to make your dream vacation a reality?
The southern Costa Blanca boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. Even in the depths of winter, the average temperature is 18 degrees. You can enjoy a lovely lunch on the terrace and soak up the sun. In winter, it only gets cooler at night, but our efficient air conditioning or pellet fireplace warms everything up in just a few minutes. In summer, you’ll find a shady spot on the terrace and can cool off in the charming, optionally heated private pool. There are several salt lakes in the area. The high evaporation rate of the water in these salt lakes creates a microclimate with mild winter temperatures. Long sunny days, infrequent rainfall, and clean air are the defining features of this region’s climate.
Casa Olivia is located:
- In the prime location of the beautiful coastal city of Torrevieja.
- Just 350 meters from the fine-sand, white beach of Los Locos.
- Right next to the Consum supermarket—it’s closer to the supermarket than to the fridge. You’ll have fresh rolls every morning and won’t need to lug around heavy groceries.
Torrevieja is just half an hour from Alicante Airport and very easy to reach, whether by car or by bus, which departs every hour.
The vacation home (semi-detached house) is approximately 90 m² in size and can accommodate up to 8 people; it features a spacious terrace, private pool, barbecue area, and a parking space in the courtyard.
The living/dining area and the upstairs bedrooms each have air conditioning for cooling or heating.
