Tasteful and stylish rustic-coastal furnishings await you in the Reetkoje vacation rental on the first floor of Villa Martha in Binz. The 60 m² vacation rental is suitable for 1–4 people. In every room, you’ll discover carefully selected details that make a vacation here an unforgettable experience. Enjoy relaxing moments in the cozy living room with a couch, wingback chair, and Smart TV—including free access to SKY channels.
Adjacent to the living area is the open and fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, and a stovetop—providing everything you need for a convivial evening of cooking or a leisurely vacation breakfast. From here, you can step out onto the southwest-facing loggia, furnished with patio furniture. Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower round out the perfect vacation atmosphere. The apartment also includes a second, separate guest restroom. A parking space in the building’s underground garage and free Wi-Fi are available to you during your vacation.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the beds freshly made, along with towels, bath towels, and (if booked) the wellness package consisting of a bathrobe, slippers, and sauna towel in your vacation apartment. A steam sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available to our guests. These are coin-operated machines.
