About this apartment rental
**Move-in date: July 2024**
Our cozy and lovingly furnished new-construction apartment is located right in the heart of Buching, directly next to the Buchenberg aerial cableway and within walking distance of numerous restaurants. A bakery, butcher, cheese shop, and a large Edeka supermarket are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Neuschwanstein Castle and many swimming lakes are just a few minutes away by car. It takes just under 15 minutes by car to reach the Tyrolean border and Füssen.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
The Accommodation
The apartment features a bedroom with two double beds (140x200 cm), a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200) and a sleeper sofa for children (130x140 cm), a lovely living/dining area, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and is equipped with:
- Refrigerator with a small freezer compartment
- Dishwasher
- Oven
- Induction cooktop with 4 burners
- Coffee maker
- Toaster
- All cooking utensils
In the spacious living room, a 65-inch TV ensures nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening in front of the TV.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and toilet, is equipped with essentials such as towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, soap, and a few toiletries.
The apartment has an outdoor area on the east side with seating for 6 people. Since the house was only built in 2024, the garden has not yet been landscaped, so currently only a gravel patio of approximately 10 m² is available.
For our younger guests, we are happy to provide a baby bed (up to a maximum of 15 kg) in the apartment, subject to availability.
Additional Important Information
WARNING: The bedroom has a balcony, but it currently only has a temporary construction railing. Access is therefore STRICTLY PROHIBITED!

Other than a bed that was partially broken, lack of room darkening curtains, and no shower curtain, the apartment was a very nice place to stay. The communication was friendly, although not always prompt. Overall, we would stay there again.
