About this villa rental
Large air-conditioned villa, with a view of the port of La Ciotat and the Ile Verte, of 170 m² on 2 levels, 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The 60 m² living room, with open kitchen, opens onto an 80 m² terrace equipped with an arbour to take your meals sheltered from the summer sun.
You will have access to the swimming pool (11 x 5) whose removable cover will allow you to enjoy it whatever the weather.
Option of travel cot and bunk bed. Cleaning included.
The accommodation
Large spacious villa of 170 m² on 2 levels. On the first floor is the living room of more than 60 m² with open kitchen, a large dining table that can accommodate more than 12 people and a TV area with 2 sofas facing a TV with Canal+, Netflix, but also a Switch. This room gives access to the terrace through a 3 m bay window with a view of the port of La Ciotat.
On the terrace, a summer lounge (sofa, armchairs, coffee table, parasol) and a large teak table and chairs to enjoy the view and sound of the cicadas.
On the first floor there is also a bedroom of nearly 20 m² with direct access to the terrace through a French window, as well as a suspended toilet and a bathroom equipped with a double sink, a walk-in shower and a washing machine. In the garden at the foot of the terrace, a Weber barbecue.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms and an office with a sofa bed. The bedrooms are 20 and 25 m², the office 15. It is possible to add bunk beds in one of the bedrooms upstairs. All rooms open onto a balcony terrace of more than 50 m². There is also a suspended toilet and a bathroom (shower, bathtub and double sink).
The swimming pool is slightly below the house. Large (11 x 5) with a terrace, a dedicated shower room and a toilet, it has a sand filter and is treated with salt. It can be fully closed to protect from the wind and rain. The height of the shelter is 3 m.
