About this apartment rental
Just 2 blocks from downtown Frisco, this newly refreshed 3-bedroom condo is within 12 miles of 3 world-class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Breckenridge & Keystone) and within 28 miles of two more (Vail, Arapahoe Basin). Best of all, 10-mile creek runs through the backyard of the condo making for an ultra-peaceful and relaxing location a short walk from great restaurants and a short drive (or bus) to tons of winter or summer activities.
The entire condo is decorated to create a beautiful, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.
The 10-mile creek runs right through the backyard of the condo, making for a picturesque scene in every season. Crack the window open and fall asleep to the natural sounds of the gently falling water.
Hiking trails are found throughout the area, providing trails of all levels of difficulty. The closest trailhead is just two blocks from the condo. Bike rental is a short walk into town, and biking trails are too many to name.

Winters, of course, are chock-full of boarding, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, etc.
Summers are nearly perfect here, with activities like hiking, biking, water sports, wildlife viewing, river tubing, and ziplining.
I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kitchen, including coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, and wine glasses. The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets. The linens and towels are not the cheap stuff you sometimes see in vacation rentals....I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are! Guests can enjoy the entire place.
We have a no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for our guests.
**IMPORTANT: We have a garage, but you CANNOT park a car in it. It will NOT fit a vehicle of any size. You may store skis, bikes, or gear in it, though.

Our family of 4 (plus 1 friend) stayed at the property for about a week. The layout was great and enough room for the five of us. The owners were easy to get a hold of when an issue arose and quick to respond. The back of the property faces the creek so we fell asleep at night listening to the water. It's close to Main Street but a bit off the main section so not too busy/loud, but still close enough to access the entire town by foot. The unit was clean and seems like the kitchen has recently been updated, with an induction cooktop and really nice toaster oven. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans, if you are planning to do cooking. There's a little back porch to sit on and listen to the creek. Beds and linens were very comfortable and enough towels for everyone. Access to a garage is available for storage only. Parking in the lot is first come, first serve but it was never an issue to find a spot. My children enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub. Great place to stay if you're planning to visit Frisco!

The place was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space, clean, stocked with kitchen supplies, a gorgeous setting, and in walking distance to so may great shops and restaurants!

We had a great stay in Frisco! The condo was very clean, well-equipped, and cozy. We loved the views and the convenience of being able to walk into town. We'd love to come back for another family getaway in the future!
