About this house rental
Accommodation of 28 m² with 40 m² of private garden (not totally fenced) in a 4 ha Odalys residence close to the sandy beach of Lozari (800 m) and shops (150 meters).
Large communal swimming pool and children's pool (open from 1 June to 15 September), multi-sports ground.
Ideally located to visit Upper Corsica (Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent and the small remarkable villages in the Mountains).
Access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica by a small path.
Comfortable and well equipped (washing machine / dishwasher / connected TV...)
Washing machine in the accommodation which avoids going to the common linen room.
No Wifi in the accommodation, but free around the reception and the swimming pool.
Tethering works great with smartphones.
New air conditioning - Totally redone in January 2025.
1 parking space included.
Cleaning: 60 euros / stay
Linen included in 2025 and optional in 2026 (sheets, pillowcases, dish towels, etc.)
