Welcome to the Gîte-Auberge des Petits, in the heart of the charming village of St-Igny-de-Vers, in the Haut Beaujolais region, just a short distance from Saône-et-Loire. Located at the northern gateway to the Beaujolais region, this spot combines the tranquility of nature with the convenience of local amenities (several shops on site: bakery, Proxi, etc.). Élodie and Stéphane, your attentive hosts, welcome you to their guesthouse, which they’ve carefully renovated to make you feel right at home! As former passionate restaurateurs, they’ve transformed their guesthouse into a warm and welcoming place while continuing to run their catering business. Stéphane, who has worked alongside renowned chefs, will delight your taste buds with gourmet meals and breakfasts (by reservation). The guesthouse, housed in a beautiful stone house, features a layout designed for your comfort: Raised first floor: a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area with a large table and high tables, a comfortable living room with a TV and a sofa bed (sleeps 1 person). Separate restroom. Upstairs: 2 sleeping areas—one consisting of 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs (3 double bedrooms and 1 family room for 4 people with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed), and a living room; the second consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Basement: a laundry room (currently being renovated) with a washer and dryer. Outside, enjoy a cozy little terrace with a fire pit and patio furniture, perfect for relaxing. Right nearby, a fenced-in area is available for outdoor games, such as pétanque. A drop-off area makes it easy to access the cottage, and several public parking lots are nearby. Motorcyclists, cyclists (locked garage available upon request), and horseback riders are welcome. Cleaning fee included in the price.
