The apartment is located on the most beautiful square in the historic center of Grasse, the PLACE AUX AIRES. It’s 20 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from Nice. Secure, affordable parking garages are just a 3-minute walk away.
The Perfume University is right next door. We offer very attractive rates for long-term rentals to students at the Perfume University.
The loft is situated in a very quiet location on the first floor overlooking a bustling, car-free square: the market, restaurants, a supermarket, shops, the famous Fragonard perfumery, the Perfume Museum, and the Perfume University are all within a 3-minute walk.

Large living room with a fireplace and beautiful ceiling height of over 4m50, featuring decorative moldings and stucco—very pleasant lighting by ARTEMIDE and a new heating system. Open-concept kitchen fully and high-end equipped with a large dining table for up to 7 people (raclette grill, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.). This apartment was tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and most everything else you could want for a pleasant short stay, including some nice toys for our boys to play with.

Location excellent. General maintenance of the building in which the apartment is located was poor. Apartment appeared to be one large salon of an old house remade into an efficiency. Loft ceiling so low that short adult had to stoop. Tiny shower with slippery floor. All that being said, the location is excellent and nothing detracted from our enjoyment of our days in Grasse.
