About this house rental
Santec is a small village located across from the island of Batz, bordered by 17 km of coastline featuring a mix of small coves and long sandy beaches ideal for board sports (surfing, sand yachting, windsurfing, etc.).
The house is located 100 m from the beach, in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood, 600 m from the village.
Surrounded by a large, fenced-in lot, the house will charm you with its natural light and spacious rooms.
On the first floor, a large living area featuring a living room, lounge, and kitchen opens onto two terraces facing south and west.
A bedroom and a full bathroom complete this part of the house.
A half-floor featuring a relaxation area with a living room, an office, and a library provides access—via a few steps—to the bedrooms.
Upstairs, you’ll find a small view of the sea, a second bedroom with a loft that sleeps 3–4 children, and a third bedroom near a second bathroom.
At the entrance to the house, a carport provides shelter for your vehicles. I’ve left four bicycles there so you can explore the coastal trails, as well as a two-person sea kayak

The beds are made, and towels are provided.
A security deposit of 300 euros will be required upon your arrival.

A very comfortable house with an interesting layout. All facilities as stated. Short walk to beach, and plenty to do in the area. On our last day we walked into Roscoff, which took 1.5 hours.

We had a very good time in the house, which was fully in line with what has been advertised on the webportal. The host is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The house is well designed with a spacious garden in a calm neighborhood. It is close to lovely beaches and a good starting point to discover the Bretagne. We can recommend it without any reservations.

This house was so clean, so pristine, we often felt we were the first visitors ever to step through the door. Exactly as seen in the pictures, arguably nicer - bright, airy, everything one could need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The host was helpful in his welcome upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable - our two teenage boys shared the split-level room which has a double bed above the two singles. Excellent showers, very well-equpped and clean (I'll keep emphasising this!) kitchen.
The area was very peaceful, the tide goes out for miles offering wonderful beach walks. We cycled each morning, on some of the bikes provided, into the village to get bread and patisserie from the boulangerie (highly recommended) and there is also a pharmacy and small supermarket there, all less than a 10 minute stroll from the house.
Thank you, Henri, for providing us with a jewel of a property for our relaxing family holiday. Oh, and by the way, we nicknamed your robot lawnmower "Mavis"...
