About this cottage rental
CasettaPonteCuti is a charming cottage located in the Tiber River Park, just outside the city of Todi, offering a beautiful view of the picturesque village of Pontecuti and the surrounding hills.
The recently built property was constructed in compliance with current safety regulations.
Available to guests: a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and a small bedroom with a sofa bed (total of 4 sleeping accommodations). Total area: 60 square meters.
Outside, for the exclusive use of guests, there is a large, fully equipped garden and an above-ground pool measuring 4.60 in diameter by 1.20 in height, available from May through August.
All essential amenities are nearby.
From Casetta Ponte Cuti, you can easily reach Umbria’s most interesting destinations: Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, etc.
The food and wine tour offers a special charm that beautifully highlights the ancient beauty of this small region, the green heart of Italy.

The idyllic views, tranquil location and convenient driving distance to many of the beautiful hill towns in Umbria made our stay in the house very enjoyable. The house managers, Giuseppe and his wife Mariella were very kind and helpful and when we asked Giuseppie to recommend a good local butcher and cheese shop he took us there himself. Great recommendations. He also took us to the huge supermarket a few minutes drive from the house. The beautiful town of Todi is a short drive away and we highly recommend 2 restaurants: Panne e Vino (Fabio's) and Osteria Valle (close to Fabio's). The house suited the 2 of us very well and would also recommend it for a couple and 2 children.

Wonderful new cottage with privacy and a great panoramic view. Coffee in the morning looking out over the iconic Umbrian scene with Todi in the background was something to remember. Property managers were always available. Great place to relax and really enjoyed dinner up at Fabio's restaurant, Pane E Vino. I look forward to staying there again.
