About this apartment rental
A 17th-century country house, newly renovated, featuring two separate, very well-maintained vacation apartments (100 m²). The 400-year-old Ottmanach estate (organic farming) is nestled amid peaceful, unspoiled nature at the foot of the Magdalensberg—a place for individualists and connoisseurs. A place where the whole family can relax and recharge, far away from stress and everyday life. We have our own pond for fishing—and, for the brave, swimming—how about a picnic by the pond? Golf courses, tennis, and beautiful lakes are just a 15-minute drive away. Our guests have access to our private garden, lounge chairs, bicycles, and basic fishing gear. In winter: ice skates, ice hockey equipment, helmets, and sleds are available at no additional cost. Open year-round.
In summer, our pool (available only on select weeks and for a fee) and sunbathing lawn are at your disposal. We’re happy to provide information about using the pool at any time. There, you can relax in complete peace and seclusion, surrounded by a magnificent park. Local tax per person/day: 2.70 (free for those under 17)

We’re just 15 km from Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. It’s the perfect location to take part in the following activities while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.
We have three vacation apartments that can be booked together. This means there’s room for 14 people to vacation together.
Local tax: EUR 2.70 per person per night—payable on site.
