About this apartment rental
The Anderl Vacation Rental is located in Lienzing, a small village surrounded by nature and right next to Lake Chiemsee. It boasts a fantastic location, surrounded by meadows and forests and just 500 meters from Lake Chiemsee, and is open year-round. We are a family-friendly, well-maintained, and cozy former farmhouse in a secluded, peaceful setting on the edge of the forest, and we’re open year-round—because the Chiemgau region offers wonderful vacation opportunities even in spring, fall, and winter. Our two vacation apartments are located in the house, which was built in 1999. Right next to the house, there’s plenty of space to play, relax, and celebrate; in the surrounding countryside lies a romantic moorland landscape featuring the “Grundlosen See,” and you can explore the nearby area on foot or by bike right from the house. At Lake Chiemsee, you can enjoy the town-owned swimming area, which features a floating island and play facilities for the little ones—and the terrace of the “Seehäusl” will take care of your culinary needs. The Chiemgau region is also known for its recreational opportunities—the mountains beckon, but other enticing options include hang gliding, a visit to the Fairy Tale Park or the salt mine, and a trip to the islands in Lake Chiemsee. The apartment consists of an entryway, storage room, bathroom, large kitchen and living area, 1 separate living room with TV and a sleeper sofa for 2 people, 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, and two terraces (south and east);
