Welcome to Residence Rocca Palazzaccio! We have 10 apartments and are located just 6 km from Florence, at the gateway to Chianti. The property has been recently renovated and is full of character: stone paths, spacious open areas, stairways, and picturesque views define the estate, which was rebuilt on the ruins of a pre-existing structure that once served as a watchtower in the 11th century. Strategically located and overlooking the Greve River valley, we’re in Tavarnuzze, a hamlet of Impruneta equipped with shops and services of all kinds, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, and everything you need for your vacation, including a bus that runs every 15–20 minutes to the center of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) in less than half an hour. The location is also ideal for day trips to Siena and the villages of Chianti, which are about a half-hour drive away. Guests have access to a beautiful panoramic pool with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and sunbeds, as well as spacious green areas and other furnished spaces to enjoy pleasant hours of relaxation outdoors. There is also a barbecue area and private parking. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Deluxe Apartment No. 3 is spacious and tastefully furnished in a modern style, with an area of over 45 square meters. It consists of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a spacious living room, and an open-concept kitchenette; the living room also features a double sofa bed and a fireplace. Equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating, a safe, and a kettle or microwave. There is a small private outdoor area also set up for dining. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our experience at Rocco Palazzaccio was absolutely FANTASTIC! We loved the location as it was only 20 minutes by bus out of Florence. Bus fare was only 1.50 euro one way. So cheap. The view was breathtaking and the pool was very clean. Free car parking if you have a car and only a 10 minute walk to main centre, shopping centre etc. Tavarnuzze has many beautiful restaurants that are reasonably priced and the food was very good.
If ever we return to Italy this is the place we will be staying.
