Amazing 5+

This place is a gem! It's located in a quieter and upscale neighbourhood, a couple of train stops away from the city center. The train station is literally right downstairs, and it's one of the main stations that has several lines passing through it, so it was extremely convenient getting to attractions like La Sagrada Familia. Parc Guell and Tibidabo. There are two Starbucks within 5 mins of walk, a couple of grocery stores, and many shops. Casa Batllo and Casa Mila are also located within 15 mins of walk. It's really convenient. The apartment itself is immaculate, clean, and had everything that our family of 4 needed. The kitchen is big and all the appliances are new. The beds are really comfortable. Olga and her friend Vera were friendly and helpful. They provided us with suggestions of places to eat and transit to use to get to different sightseeing spots. I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay there and have recommended it to our friends.

Four of our friends were traveling to Spain and Barcelona was our first stop. We took the metro from the airport and less than 15 minutes we were at the nearby station (changed one line from LR9 to L5). The apartment is only less than 5 minutes walk to the metro station. The hostess and her assistant were waiting for us at the entrance. Very convenient location.

The stay provided for an accessible and central location in the heart of Barcelona. Construction and sewage smells were

the location was quite central and accessible to the train. accessible for folks with physical access restrictions. the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped. Vera (staff) was on time, flexible with check-in, nice and helpful!

the management did not let us know about a 300 euro security deposit (pre-authorization) ahead of time - keep that in mind when you book. it smelled of sewage, we could not sleep one of the two nights we stayed there and during the day, there was construction happening - so it was quite noisy and uncomfortable at times.

The shower could have been built better with a shelf or basket for toiletries; the master bedroom is a bit noisy since it faces the street, but it probably would only bother a light sleeper like me.

Spacious appartment for 3 adults and 1 child. Tastefully decorated and beautifully renovated. Location great. Friendly and efficient service.

needs a few extras for pleasant stay

the building was striking in its history and original features.

bath towels small, off white and old-need replacing. poor quality toiletries, 2 loo rolls for 4night stay-bit mean, had to purchase more. no water on arrival, no tea bags or small milk on arrival. living area a/c wouldn’t blow cold air. bathroom drawer broken, glass shelf not secure. outdoor area tatty and broken old mat. just needed an owner check to ensure maintenance of property. plastic wine glass in kitchen-attention to detail required.

Wonderful stay - apartment is located in a beautiful area of Barcelona!

Beautiful location and apartment and Olga was very helpful. She responded to texts right away and provided helpful information.

Suggestions: fix the latch that holds the shower head as it is dangerous and fell on us twice and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Also suggest leaving more paper goods such as toilet paper, napkins, paper towels as well as coffee pods.

Casa Perfect

Wow, we felt like royalty - what a beautiful well preserved old yet modern apartment. The deco makes it feel so alive. This apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, lots of space and very clean. Olga, the host went above and beyond with assisting us - so friendly and easily reachable. Thank you for all your help and suggestions Olga :) This is prime location - in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, directly opposite the Diagonal Metro Station. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and taxis. Very safe and central. Wish we could stay longer - definitely one we will not forget.

Great apartment. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Olga met us at the apartment and gave us the keys and showed us the property. This service alone made this rental well worth it. Location was perfect. Second floor. In the middle of a very nice and safe part of Barcelona. Security was never a significant concern during our stay. The apartment had everything one would need like a regular home: full sized fridge, dishwasher, washer and drier. There is an elevator in the building as well

My really only complaint would the the Air Conditioning. In the US we are accustomed to powerful Central Air units. In Europe that doesn’t seem to be the case. This apartment had 3 individual units. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. They worked OK.

Great, clean, centrally located apartment

A lovely clean, reasonable priced apartment. Located very conveniently to reach most sights. Vera was very friendly and helpful when she met us to hand over the keys.

The kitchen and one of the bedrooms are quite dark as they don’t have natural light. Would be great to be able to open the blind and window in the bedroom. It would also be helpful to have some towel holders in the bathrooms.

amazing place, amazing location, and fantastic owner

the location was awesome. Olga the manager/owner was amazing - so helpful. we even managed to accidentally lock the keys inside and Olga came back to rescue us at 10pm! the architecture of the house entry way and the balcony sitting room were a complete bonus.

The location is excellent. walk to Termini, HoHo buses, Spanish Steps. Many little shops and eateries near by.

This is a very busy tourist area and the noise level at all times was intruding.

Great location and appartment!

Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished apartment. It is in a old building but is completely renovated keeping the authentic style. Is on the first floor with a cute small terrace overlooking the street and ideal for a morning coffee as it has table and chairs and is with windows. The building has an elevator. Despite overlooking the street it was not noisy at all. The host was super kind lady and welcomed us nicely. The kitchen was big, new appliance and equipped with all you need and a Nespresso machine. The second room was dark as was looking into an internal patio but is fine if you use it to sleep only. Highly recommend as value for money.

The only recco would be to invest in better pillows.

Lovely building greatly located. Comfortable and well equipped apartment with street view. Great and extremely helpful host.

Second bedroom and kitchen have limited sunlight access but it is very tiny disadvantage.

Excellent Location, Apartment, Service and Value

This apartment is overall of high value. Location is excellent, combined with a two-bedroom and one and a half baths modern, well equiped apartment with classic european style. Olga, the hostess, is very attentive and is always available via WhatApp, besides providing good tips around covid testing locations and other "nice to know" things. Metro/subway is litterally around the corner so it is the beginning of the ramblas.

Hot water boiler does not last long for a family of four.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona - would definitely recommend to others and return myself.

Fantastic location and beautiful flat with bonus of terrace.

Tiny things: more coffee pods (only 4 had been left); the bedroom door squeaked badly so needed oiling and some of the light bulbs were out. But this is nitpicking because it is a lovely, comfortable flat in a location that would be very hard to beat.

Fantastic centrally located apartment

We loved the location, easy walking distance to everything with wonderful cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely clean and stylish apartment. Very comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

The second bedroom is very dark, perfect for children though!

I would stay here again and again. Loved it!

This apartment was very very beautiful. The windows were so amazing! It has excellent bright light during the day, was comfortable at night and a perfect location to see Barcelona. The host Vera was so kind and helpful. We loved this place!

I cannot think of anything I didn’t love about this property. If I had to be picky, I would say that the toilet paper needed to be restocked and we could have used some paper towels in the kitchen but we didn’t mind buying our own at the local market!

Exceptional apartment - fantastic location, very comfortable, spotless, lovely hosts.

The location was AMAZING. Very central to all attractions and restaurants that we wanted to visit. At the same time the apartment was very quiet considering where it is located. The layout was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are in perfect/new condition.

There was nothing that we didn't like - really it is a fabulous apartment!

very good location. warm and helpful staff. two bathroom with shower. big living room. I will come again in the future.

the heating machine can not afford enough hot water for four people. taking long time to heat. it is not a big problem though
