Enjoy direct access to the sea from the private garden. You will take a path in the dune and reach Avenue Marcel Proust in less than a minute, which runs along a beach for nearly 4 kms. In less than 15 minutes you can reach the very lively city center of Cabourg with its shops.

A modern kitchen with everything you need to make a good meal (dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator, induction hob but also blender for baby purees, scales, bath rack, Tassimo coffee maker, oil-free fryer, waffle iron, raclette machine, food processor, etc.).
The accommodations are equipped with a complete multimedia set with an 80cm TV with access to NetFlix, an internet box with wifi, an Alexa connected speaker, teenagers will feel at home!
A bedroom with a double bed 140*190 (mattress and mattress topper changed in May 2025) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds 90*190 and 1 bed 70*140.
The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed with bultex mattress 140*190.
The shower room includes a 70*120 cabin, a washing machine and dryer, a drying rack, iron and mini ironing board, laundry bench which also serves as a children's bath.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture with 8 channels.
Also 2 sunbeds and a small side table.
The accommodation has everything you need for cleaning (Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket etc).
Small dogs are welcome if we are informed in advance of their presence and with a deposit of 35€ if additional cleaning is necessary after your departure. However, you should not leave them alone in the accommodation in order to avoid noise pollution related to potential barking. Please also leave the garden clean for future holidaymakers.

Nice apartment close to the beach. Everything we needed was there particularly in the kitchen. Main bedroom was small with only enough room for the bed. Patio outside was very pleasant in good weather.
