About this villa rental
Beautiful recent villa of 125 m2 with swimming pool located between St Cyprien and Pinarello, 15kms north of Porto Vecchio. Small sea view.
This modern and bright villa is arranged over 2 floors:
Entrance:
Living room, living room, open kitchen with large bay windows overlooking the
terrace, swimming pool and the magnificent view of the mountain and the Corsican maquis.
- 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower
Italian style and toilet complete the floor.
The lower floor is served by a safe staircase for children:
1 children's room 4 single bunk beds + bathroom and toilet
1 bedroom 2 single beds + bathroom toilet
Laundry room
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, American fridge, microwave, hob
induction, oven, Nespresso coffee maker.
TV, WIFI, Air conditioning in each room
Secure swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue.
Calm and soothing environment
You will find nearby (5 min by car) the villages and beaches of Pinarello and St Cyprien where you will find restaurants by the sea, shops and all water activities.
The deposit, which has not been cashed, will be returned to them if:
- garbage cans are thrown away
- Dishwasher emptied and dishes stored in the cupboards
- Fridge and cupboards emptied of food shopping (you can leave a bag or a box of your leftovers if it can be of service to you)
- Barbecue cleaned

We, two families from Norway (4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 5 to 14 years old), rented this house in July 2022. The house is quite new, modern and nice. However, our primary reason for renting this particular house was that it was only 400 meters walking distance to the beach (clearly stated in the advert on vrbo.com). It was quite disappointing to find out that the closest beach was a beach for naturists only…
All in all, we had a nice stay, but it’s worth noting that we think this house has a few areas for improvement (which shouldn’t be too hard for the owner to fix), namely:
• There is a certain problem with ants, both outside and inside.
• There is hardly any shadow at the property at lunch time (the pictures in the advert show sun sails which are now dismantled).
• There are no towels for the sunbeds.
• The property mainly consists of sand, gravel and dirt (no real garden). If windy, sand will fly all over the outdoor tiles and into the pool.
• Some of the bathrooms lack coat hooks for towels etc.
