About this house rental
A road through the vineyards will take you to the heart of a wine-growing village near the Loire where a cocooning cottage awaits you. Parking on site, ping-pong table in the basement with bike shelters, darts, close to the Loire for many walks (Loire à vélos), and vineyards (Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre).
Warm living room with dining area and lounge area with TV and DVD player, wifi, radio, an integrated kitchen equipped with a kitchen robot, on the 1st floor the bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed with TV and its bathroom (large shower, heated towel dryer, toilet, washing machine/dryer, hair dryer). Harmonious decoration.
Options and Charges:
All-inclusive gîte: bed linen with bed made on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity (subject to non-abusive consumption).
Possibility of 2 additional people in the sofa which is in the living room for an extra charge of 30 euros per person for bed linen and utilities.
Possibility of accommodating young children childcare equipment (cot, high chair, foldable bathtub and safety barrier) available in the cottage possibility of toys on request depending on the age of the children who will be at your disposal.
Please note that there is no hot tub or spa in the cottage.
