About this house rental
Two families who were friends shared a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their native Odenwald where guests would feel completely at home. The result is two modern, eco-friendly wooden cottages, each furnished with great attention to detail. They’re situated on a south-facing slope, right on the edge of the forest, and offer sweeping views of the Odenwald low mountain range.
Sit out on the sunny terrace and recharge your batteries while taking in the view of the green meadows and forests. Relax in the on-site infrared sauna and then enjoy delicious regional cuisine at one of the Odenwald’s restaurants. An extensive and well-marked network of hiking and biking trails, as well as numerous MTB and e-bike routes, invite sports enthusiasts to actively enjoy nature. Numerous hiking and biking trails start right behind the houses, including the certified GEO Nature Trail. The range of sports activities is rounded out by the nearby thermal spa, golf and tennis courts, swimming pools, and much more.
Interesting cities such as Michelstadt, Erbach, Heidelberg, Miltenberg, Darmstadt, and Frankfurt are within easy reach. In addition, the Odenwald offers a diverse cultural scene with its wide variety of museums, castles and palaces, artisans and artists, direct-sales vendors, and various events.
