About this villa rental
Spend a wonderful vacation with family and friends in this spacious, 180 m² villa with stunning views of the Gulf of St. Tropez. Take a dip in the heated pool, relax in the rocking chairs and large lounge areas, and prepare dinner together while enjoying the sweeping views of the ocean and the beautiful town of Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Walk 15 minutes to local shops and nearby beaches. Set out on a hike right from the house, or explore the Côte d’Azur and Provence by bike or car.
Spanning two levels and situated on a hillside on a 1,000 m² lot, this villa is designed so that two families or a group of friends and couples can easily find plenty of space to socialize or retreat.
On the first level—the pool level—there are two bedrooms with direct access to the pool, a full bathroom with a shower, the main entrance with additional storage space, and the large garage. The first bedroom can be used as a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, or a TV room. The second bedroom has space for an additional small desk or a crib (upon request). The French doors in both rooms let in plenty of light and allow for a quick dip in the pool at any time. You can conveniently store your belongings in the wide mirrored cabinets while admiring the glistening reflection of the pool. The beds are each 1.80 m wide. The pool area offers plenty of space in both the sun and the shade. Two rocking chairs and additional lounge chairs can be rearranged to find the perfect spot for everyone.
On the second level—the ocean-view and entertainment level—you’ll find a spacious, open kitchen, a living room, and a dining room that connect the interior to the large balcony and terrace. All of these spaces offer beautiful, ever-changing views of the sea every day. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and other essential kitchen appliances. The 1.15 m extra-wide dining table makes for unforgettable breakfasts accompanied by picturesque sunrises. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are connected by large sliding doors that can be pushed to the side, allowing larger groups to sit by the grill and enjoy a good meal while watching the sailboats on the ocean. On the terrace and balcony, you’ll find various seating options so you can always find a spot to relax and enjoy the ocean view or watch the activity by the pool.
On the second level, in addition to the living areas, there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bathroom has a bathtub. It can be accessed via the hallway and the first bedroom on this level. This first bedroom features a 1.80 m wide bed and built-in closets. The second bedroom features a 1.60 m wide bed, built-in closets, and an additional desk. Both bedrooms offer ocean views. The third bedroom overlooks the garden. It features a built-in closet and a 1.80 m wide bed. Upon request, the bed can be separated into two single beds.
Behind the house, you’ll find additional space to hang your clothes.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool and Sun Lounge area was lovely. The beds were very comfy. One of the ground floor bedrooms was fans only but it was always quite cool in there. This room had to be walked through to get to another bedroom. Luckily, the children didn’t mind. Kitchen was well equipped. Sitting room was very comfy. The drive was a very steep, but you could park one car at the top. It was a bit further out of town than we had thought and was rather a steep walk back but we took the cars and could always find somewhere to park so it wasn’t a problem. The views were wonderful. The property manager was very good to respond to any problems and got them sorted straight away.

Perfect spacious villa for our party of 5. Stunning views over the coast. Great facilities and well equipped. Lovely interiors and well looked after gardens. The owner was very helpful and responded super quickly to any issues. Would highly recommend. We drove into St Tropez for meals (30mins) which is stunning, there are local shops but a car is required i believe. Perfect holiday villa.
