Welcome to Montefiascone!
This is a detached house located right in the heart of the historic center.
From here, you can easily reach all the town’s main points of interest.
The house is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay and consists of:
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
a kitchen with a spacious open-concept living area
a small room with a closet, storage area, and cellar
Upon entering, you’ll immediately find yourself in a spacious living room with a sofa, dining table, and 32-inch TV.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils.
Under the stairs, you’ll find a small storage closet with a washing machine and household cleaning supplies.
At the far end of the living room, there is a door leading to the basement.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, clean linens, and a set of towels per person.
There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower stall. The bathroom also includes a hair dryer and dispensers with hand soap, shower gel, and intimate wash.
At the end of the hallway is a third bedroom with a closet, mirror, and dresser, where you can store all your clothes.
The entrance to the apartment is at street level; it is accessible by car, but parking in the area is not permitted without a special permit.
However, you can find parking spots nearby.
