In the countryside but close to amenities, fields and a park of 2.5 ha (with pond) surround the buildings. Calm and rest assured. Sea at 15km, train station 4km, shops from 2km, restaurants 4km.

It consists on the first floor of a living room with bar and a large living/dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower or bath.
