Spacious 2100sf 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 3rd floor lakeview corner condo in building next to pool/clubhouse. Sleeps 8. Large balcony w/ seating. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and SeaWorld. Upgraded with new flooring, furniture & decor. Free resort amenities & free self-parking for several cars.
This lovely 3rd floor overlooks Lake Cay with sunrise, sunset and SeaWorld fireworks. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and 65" Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner . Just off the kitchen the cozy den has an office space, sofa and decorative fireplace. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink watching the sunset or the seasonal fireworks from SeaWorld across the lake. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!
BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels and overhead fans. The master bedroom features a fabulous king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 doubles in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom.
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse and China Tea (take out only). Great place to stay. Lots of room, clean, and plenty to keep us entertained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We enjoyed the back porch, especially having a view of a firework show! Plenty to do around the condo, as well, within walking distance

Very clean, nicely decorated place with a great balcony. One thing to note: the door code expires exactly at 10:01 a.m. on checkout day, which can be inconvenient if you need to quickly grab one last thing before leaving. We may have missed this in the booking instructions, but even a short grace period would be helpful, like 10:10? Aside from that minor issue, I would stay here again for work.

The condo complex and unit were impeccably maintained—absolutely pristine. It’s an easy five stars for the property overall. The unit was thoughtfully designed and featured a lovely deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the serene lake view. The complex was very quiet and peaceful, creating a calm and enjoyable stay.However, I felt misled about the pool’s proximity. When booking, I specifically asked if the unit was close to the pool and was assured it was. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the pool was under construction. The alternative pool, while beautiful, required driving or taking a shuttle to access. This wasn’t ideal after long days in Orlando and took around seven minutes or more, including crossing main streets.Additionally, the property manager didn’t adequately address my concerns. I believe they could have offered to move us to another unit, given the miscommunication. My inquiry was direct, so the issue wasn’t on my end—it was that the pool was closed, a detail that should have been shared upfront. Even if the pool construction was listed (which I did not see in the original listing), when I asked directly, that information should have been shared.To add to the frustration, the dryer was missing knobs and unusable. I reached out to the property manager about this but received no response, which was disappointing.While the property itself was lovely, clearer communication and more proactive management would have greatly improved the experience.
