Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings and reconnect with nature right from the property's stunning oak bluffs. Keep your binoculars close—you may spot bald eagles, turkey vultures, and deer, or even catch a rare and breathtaking glimpse of passing Orcas and Humpback whales from the comfort of your deck.

The Terrace Spa: Our private hot tub is your front-row seat to the sea. Soak under the stars or watch for marine life in total tranquillity.
The Ritual of Getting Ready: Enjoy the convenience of a spacious his-and-hers vanity stocked with curated boutique bath products and plush towels.
Mindful Movement: Start your morning with intention; yoga gear is available upon request for your Ekānta practice.
The Little Luxuries: From the "postcard-worthy" sunsets to the quiet stillness of our gated property, every detail is crafted to make you feel safe, pampered, and completely at home.
You have access to your room and one designated parking. We may be able to accommodate additional parking space outside the gate. You will have access with a personal private code to come into the building. Your room will have a private deck with a hot tub for 2.
Please note -
No Smoking on Oak Bluffs Road including SOTB property (1KM Radius) till Pirates Road.
Strictly Prohibited: Cooking, use of hot plate or similar including burning candles etc.
No campfires
We are on well water, so please use water with care.
No loud music which could discomfort other guests and patrons on the property or neighbours.
Owners home and manager suite is restricted past the steps and garage.
Max 2 guests per room
Park in the designated spot
Cancellations: 97 % refund will be issued. All charges are in CAD.
There is no garbage service on the island. Please take your garbage on your return. Alternatively, drop your garbage at Truss Farms for $9 per bag.
Security Deposit (Hold) required.
