For rent in the “Les Côtes” residence, located in the upper part of the Montchavin Paradiski resort. A two-room apartment 150 meters from the slopes (direct access to the slopes on skis if there is enough snow), 500 meters from shops, and 300 meters from the Paradisio spa.
It offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, the valley, and the surrounding mountain ranges.

The 27-square-meter ground-floor apartment features a balcony and outdoor access—perfect for building snowmen or soaking up the sun in summer. (outdoor furniture available in summer)
