About this cottage rental
Detached house of 180m², on 2 levels with half-landings, comprising on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a separate kitchen equipped with a pod coffee maker and a traditional filter coffee maker. A living room/reading area/TV lounge, a shower room with shower and toilet, washbasin and hairdryer, as well as an iron. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a 160x200cm double bed and 2 bedrooms with 6 single beds (90x200cm) each (2 single beds and 4 single beds), a shower room with shower, double washbasin and toilet. The house has a large ground floor room with a bar area, foosball table, pool table and ping-pong table. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (heated by a heat pump): 4.5x10m with a depth of 1.50 meters. The pool is secured by an electrically operated slatted cover. Access is via a key. Open from May to September inclusive. The two-person spa, however, is open year-round. The living area is bathed in light thanks to its numerous windows overlooking the garden, pool, and terraces, ideal for meals around the plancha grill. The windows offer breathtaking views of the rolling green hills and forests of the Haut Beaujolais region. Completely renovated in September 2025, the spa, pool, and its surrounding deck invite you to moments of relaxation and well-being. The large, landscaped garden, the pétanque court, the cabin, and the many outdoor spaces will delight both young and old, providing unforgettable moments of leisure and conviviality. To make your stay even more enjoyable, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival.
