"The villa has two bathrooms that are not ensuite. Annamarie was very helpful with arranging a van for us to go to and from Napoli. The villa has 65 steps to get there from the bus stop."

This is an amazing villa in a delightful town that has retained a real sense of community despite the increased tourism that exists int eh Amalfi coast. The best part- the host. AnnaMaria is just fantastic and one of the best hosts I have ever interacted with across these platforms. She is responsive, helpful, incredibly kind, and her place is kept up beautifully. It is situated right above a lovely church courtyard- so be aware there are church bells ringing while you are staying there during the day. It is all part of the charm. AnnaMaria meets you for check in- walks your though everything you need to know- and will even help with bags. It’s just a beautiful place to spend some time and I highly recommend it. It was our second time in this space and we will return!

Our group of four adults agree that it is difficult to put into words how wonderful our one week stay here was. We felt as though we were immersed into an authentic coastal Italian village. This idyllic villa was situated high up in Praiano overlooking a beautiful centuries old church and its attached piazza, with the Mediterranean Sea and views of Sicily as its backdrop, which could be seen from all windows as well as from the charming outdoor spaces. The villa itself is immaculately clean with plenty of space for us all. Both bathrooms were fitted with modern amenities with plenty of water pressure for showering. The bedrooms had adequate beds and large glass doors accessing the outdoor balcony. The kitchen and living room were also well appointed. A short five minute walk brings you to the local Mini Mart, which stocks a little bit of everything you might need including fresh produce, meats, and cheeses. The same walk leads to the local bus stop, a gift shop, and a small general store, Many charming alleyways extend from here through which which you can meander to local cafe’s, restaurants, small shops, and other interesting sights. The host was very friendly and available to offer advice for local restaurants and transportation options. Annamarias homemade limoncello was amazing. A note without criticism, anyone with mobility issues will have difficulty getting up the many stairs, it’s just how it is in Praiano. Also, washed clothes must be dried on a rack outdoors.

EXCELLENT location. Very central. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I would take the bus back from the beach because going down steps is much easier than going up!
