Provençal farmhouse (Old traditional farmhouse renovated into a holiday home) located in the heart of the "Enclave des Papes" near Valréas, Richerenches, Grignan, Nyons, Visan and Vaison-La-Romaine.
The recently renovated house is surrounded by vineyards, lavender, olive trees and a wood of holm oaks, set back from a small road and far from any habitation. The private property of 65a offers you all the comfort of a relaxing and family holiday. You can enjoy a large traditional courtyard in the shade of a plane tree, a swimming pool (5x10) with alarm, stairs and spacious flowered and tiled surroundings, a shaded garden backing onto the swimming pool with garden armchairs and another large sunny garden with fruit trees. The swimming pool is equipped with an approved alarm.
The courtyard is secure (gates), it has large tables and chairs for "large families" meals, a barbecue and a plancha sheltered from any danger of fire. It also has a summer lounge for your convivial aperitifs and your evenings under the stars.
The first floor of the house includes a dining room, a living room with TV, a kitchen, a cloakroom with toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped and contains an island. Summer meals are usually given in the courtyard protected from the mistral.
Upstairs, the house has 4 bedrooms (11-15m²) each equipped with a private shower room with toilet. The house has a single CMV system.
Three bedrooms have a double bed (two slatted bed bases and very good quality pocket mattresses, 90x200cm each). The bed can be split into two separate beds (on request).
The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds also of 90x200cm each.
A 70x140cm cot and a 60x120cm cot are available on request.
Bedding is provided as well as bathroom towels.
Most of our guests enjoy this holiday resort for days of total idleness, with games of table tennis and petanque. They also love the region, which is very rich in visits and activities (typical villages, country restaurants, Provençal markets, mountains, rivers, hiking, wine testings, cultural visits, bike rides). Access to the house is via a small path, at the end of which is the private parking lot.
