In the heart of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, I offer you a very beautiful new T2 apartment of 41 m² with terrace and garden of 40 m² facing south-east, quiet, ideal for 2 to 4 people including a fitted kitchen open to the living room adjoining the terrace and the garden, 1 bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet:
- a cupboard in the entrance with iron and ironing board,
- the equipped kitchen has a 3-burner induction hob with hood, a microwave, a Moulinex multi cooker, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and everything you need to cook well,
- the living room has a large 140 sofa bed with a good mattress, a TV cabinet, 50" LG TV, coffee table,
- a large bedroom of 13 m² with a 160 cm bed with comfortable mattress, as well as a large wardrobe, wardrobe and shelf. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and washing machine, drying rack,
- the terrace, with a beautiful view of the countryside, has a table and chairs, it is exposed to the sun in the morning and in the shade in the afternoon and two wire armchairs, coffee table, for your aperitif evenings!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the Eden Golfe Residence, with a landscaped garden.
You also have access to the residence's communal swimming pool with shower, toilet and beach.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

Walking up the Chemin du Carry a few hundred meters you will have a magnificent view of the villages of Gassin and Grimaud as well as the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the sea 4 km away as the crow flies.
The residence is a few minutes from the city center with many restaurants and shops (the Leclerc department store is only 7 minutes walk away).
Less than 10 km away you can go by car or bike to Grimaud (4km), Port Grimaud or Port Cogolin (7km), Gassin (8km) Croix-Valmer (9 km).
Saint Tropez is 12km away, also accessible from Port Cogolin by boat and 3km further on you access the mythical beach of Pampelonne.
The charming village of Ramatuelle is located in 13 km, Cavalaire sur mer at 15km.
Access by train from Toulon or Fréjus, then by bus.
