• Managed by LB Vacation Rentals, it is set in a private residence of just five apartments, within walking distance of central Cannes.



The apartment is on the second and top floor. Internal stairs connect its two levels. The bright living, dining and kitchen space opens onto a private balcony overlooking the residence swimming pool.



• Sleeping arrangements:

• Master bedroom: one queen-size bed, 160 × 200 cm, with an en-suite shower room.

• Upper-level mezzanine bedroom: one queen-size bed, 160 × 200 cm.

• This sleeping area occupies a full upper level and is open rather than enclosed by a separate partition.

• Third bedroom on the upper level: one queen-size bed, 160 × 200 cm.



• There are two shower rooms and two toilets: a separate toilet on the main level and a toilet in the upper-level shower room. On the main level, the toilet is in a separate room, outside the shower room. The upstairs shower room has its own toilet.



• Individual reversible air conditioning and heating serve the living room and all three bedrooms.

• The living room has a 55-inch Smart TV with an Orange/Sosh decoder.



• Fibre Wi-Fi is 300 Mbps.



• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

• For everyday convenience, a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.



The outdoor swimming pool is shared by the five apartments in the residence. It is unheated, open year-round from 8 am to 9 pm, and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool has no safety gate or fence.

• Cot mattress and cot linen are available on request.

• Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided.



Pets are welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.

Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.



Self check-in is provided with a smart key lockbox.



One free private outdoor parking space is provided. The residence entrance is narrow: vehicles larger than a Volkswagen Golf may have difficulty accessing the space. Paid public parking is available nearby at Parking Cannes Isola Bella – EFFIA.
