About this house rental
The house is located in a romantic quiet location on a slope, near Split (15 km) The lovely well-kept house made of natural stone. All rooms as well as living and dining area are air conditioned. A veranda leads to linger. For you are two bicycles, table tennis and badminton available. In the summer months, usually from the end of April to the end of October, the permanently installed pool invites you to take a bath. In addition, there is a Massagedüse in the pool, to relax the back massages. The landlord lives with on the property next to it (granny flat) and speaks fluent German. As a welcome drink the landlord would like to offer you a homemade wine and schnapps to try. Here you have an ideal starting point for long hikes, mountaineering in the Mosor mountains, Tenis, golf, and mountain biking. Distance to the pebble or sandy beach is 10 km. Popular and popular tourist destinations are in the vicinity such as the observatory, boat tours, and Rafting on the river Cetina at Omiš in km. Distance. For those who are interested in art and history, you can visit Split, Trogir, Omiš and other historical towns.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house and grounds were updated, pristine, and beautifully maintained. We were greeted by our hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they had stocked the fridge with welcome snacks (charcuterie, cheese, cookies, bread, juice, wine, and a most delicious homemade tiramisu!) While we were at the house, we greatly enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and playing cards on the balcony with a gorgeous view overlooking the mountain sunset. The air conditioning was welcome as it was quite hot. The house is settled in the mountains -- it's about a 30-minute drive down the mountains to downtown Split, but this location delivers a serene haven to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. We would love to return!

We were truly spoiled by our hosts from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The welcome was exceptional, warm, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home right away.Throughout our stay, our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always available, attentive, and genuinely caring. It is rare to meet such dedicated and gracious hosts.The house was absolutely immaculate, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. Its traditional character, nestled on the mountainside, immediately captivated us. The charming shutters and authentic architecture made us feel as though we were stepping into a scene from Mamma Mia!.A beautiful, authentic, and peaceful place that we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable!

House Marinka were wonderful! Our stay was perfect. The villa was immaculate. Everything was done to a high spec. The location was idyllic; to rise early and be surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature was an unanticipated highlight for us. Would most certainly stay again and recommend this property unreservedly.

The house is beautiful and the whole property is well looked after. The house was stocked with some food and, beverages and fruit from the hosts. The hosts were so kind and friendly. A wonderful place to stay. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful pool.
