About this villa rental
Our family home located in Puyricard, a small Provençal village close to Aix-en-Provence (5 kms), is ideally placed to visit our beautiful city of Aix, the Sainte Victoire mountain, Marseille and its creeks, the blue coast and the Luberon.
Our 2000m² garden is planted with trees and has a secure swimming pool of 5x10m as well as a petanque court, a children's swing, a ping-pong table and hammocks.
The house, with 225m² of living space, includes:
- a large living room opening onto the terrace and its garden furniture,
- a dining room opening onto the terrace,
- a kitchen opening onto the summer kitchen with plancha and covered by an awning,
- two bedrooms with double bed (width 1m80, 1m60) on the first floor, one of which can be fitted with two pull-out beds (width 80),
- two bedrooms with double bed (width 2m) upstairs
- two bathrooms (1 on the first floor, 1 upstairs),
- three toilets (one upstairs)
- a laundry room.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and a high chair are available if needed.
A nearby bus stop serves the downtown of Aix en Provence.
Quality shops are nearby (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, pharmacy, etc.).
Finally, our animal friends are not accepted.
