About this house rental
This exclusive 5-star thatched cottage, fully renovated in 2025, offers a spacious living area of approximately 90 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people. Its quiet, idyllic location in Kampen makes it the perfect base for easily reaching both the picturesque mudflats to the east and Kampen’s lively downtown on foot. On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area that offers a magnificent view of the private garden thanks to an impressive floor-to-ceiling window. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. The upper floor features a cozy double bedroom as well as another bedroom with a single bed. The elegant, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and offers everything you need for a refreshing break. In the basement, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom, an additional shower room, and a wellness area with a sauna—the perfect place to unwind. There’s also an additional guest restroom here. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs to provide you with entertainment and comfort. The south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal) invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. In addition, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a washer and dryer are available for your use. Pets are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can feel right at home, too. Spend your days exploring the charming town of Kampen and the island of Sylt, and wind down the evening in a cozy atmosphere.
