Living room

The living room features a sofa (with a pull-out bed) and a beautiful solid-wood table with four comfortable chairs for you and your guests—and, if you like, you can also use it as a workspace.
The very comfortable bed (160x200 cm) with a high-quality mattress can be easily folded up or down.
And if you ever want to unwind, simply turn on the 49-inch OLED TV with soundbar and browse the Netflix and Amazon libraries or listen to music via Bluetooth.
High-speed internet/Wi-Fi is available.

Kitchen

You’ll find a fully equipped and super cozy kitchen with seating and everything a cook’s heart desires.
From the kitchen, you can step directly onto the south-facing balcony and let the sun shine on your face until the afternoon. And if you’d like to smoke, please do so exclusively there.
Espresso machine and Nespresso machine, milk frother, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, blender, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, cups and glasses, dishwasher.

Bathroom and guest restroom

In the large bathroom, you can take a shower or a bath and also do your laundry (washing machine).
Don’t worry—you’ll also find a clothes rack, ironing board, iron, and a hair dryer.
There’s even an additional restroom with a sink (guest restroom) right next door.

Made-up beds, towels, and dish towels are, of course, provided. For those who like to stay active, two adjustable dumbbells and a yoga mat are available. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, and food spots nearby. A Denns BioMarkt (opening in mid-2025), Edeka, Rossmann, and other shopping options are just a 5-minute walk away. And if you’re in a hurry, just grab one of the two bicycles from the basement.
