Parking included in the same building for 2 cars. It is located in the heart of the old town, next to the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazars. Capacity to accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment is very bright, with a total of 13 exterior windows. It is decorated with antiques, original works of art and sculptures, in combination with modern design details - creating an elegant and comfortable space. The living area offers partial views of the Cathedral and the Giralda. There are 3 sofas, 2 armchairs and a library with a large collection of vintage books. The dining room is in a room next to the living room. It has a large dining table and chairs for 10 people. There is an additional TV room, furnished with 1 sofa, 2 armchairs, table, chairs and a second library. Free WIFI Internet and centralized air conditioning with cooling and heating. The kitchen has all the main utensils and appliances, oven, dishwasher and washing machine included. Breakfast table with 2 chairs. Next to the kitchen is the ironing room. A hallway leads to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has 2 single beds (0. 90 x 200cm), and the main one includes a dressing room and private bathroom with shower. There are another 2 bathrooms available with shower (the third one is a small bathroom). The apartment is oriented to the southeast, with direct views of the Plaza del Cabildo. Despite being in the historic center, you can enjoy a cozy and very quiet environment. The Plaza del Cabildo is a charming monumental square located just a step away from the Cathedral of Seville ... and yet a secret corner even for Sevillians themselves, protected from the hustle and bustle of this busy area of the historic center. 5th floor, with three elevators and concierge. Private parking in the building for 2 vehicles included.

Rooms very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms fine. Dining room and lounges very tastefully decorated. Excellent ambience. Fantastic location.

We had a fantastic stay - extremely comfortable and spacious home for our large family! The location is amazing and the apartment felt very welcoming. It had almost everything we needed.
