About this house rental
This is your dream vacation home in Scmilka! With 62 m² of space, it can accommodate 4 people and offers a spectacular view of the Elbe
The Nicklas vacation home is situated in a small front yard right on the Elbe. The house has two floors: the lower level (with its own terrace) features a living room and kitchenette. A separate staircase leads to the shower, separate restroom, and the two bedrooms on the upper floor, where you can enjoy the best view from the balcony. The large bedroom has a double bed and its own sink. The small bedroom has two single beds and also a sink.
A parking space is available for our guests right next to the house; bed linens and towels are included.
Pets are welcome here.
It’s about 400 meters to the center of Schmilka via the ferry and the staircase leading up to the Mühlenhof. The StrandGut organic restaurant, where you can also have breakfast, is right next door.
