About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of an old warehouse building that once belonged to the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar, which forms the foundation of the building, was constructed at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and has undergone a complete, high-quality renovation in recent years. All interior walls of the building’s exterior shell are finished with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate.
The duplex apartment features a large dining area on the first floor with an open kitchen, including a wine cabinet, high-quality kitchen appliances, and a built-in Grohe Blue Home System (drinking water straight from the tap). Also located on the first floor is the luxurious bedroom with a projector and screen, as well as a large bathroom with a sauna for pure relaxation. For a longer stay, you’ll have plenty of space to get settled in the walk-in closet. High-speed internet and a spacious desk make working from home a breeze. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find the cozy living area with a sleeper sofa and a separate bathroom. The highlight of the apartment is the covered terrace with a view of Erfurt. The lounge area, complete with a fireplace table, is perfect for a cozy evening.
