In a new residence called the Galatea, you have direct access to the beach with a badge and all the amenities and shops offered in Porticcio.
This fully air-conditioned apartment of 48m2 and its 40m2 terrace offers you a magnificent panoramic sea view and allows you to admire the beach of Porticcio but also the bay of Ajaccio. It is located on the 2nd and last floor.
Composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area, open to the living room with television, opening onto the terrace, where garden furniture and 2 sunbeds and a parasol are installed allowing you to admire the magnificent sea view.
There is also a dining table and an electric plancha.
From the terrace you can access the bedroom from where you can admire the sea.
It is composed of a King Size bed (180x200) and a dressing room.
A separate bathroom with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and a connected towel rail (you can connect your smartphone and listen to music) is located opposite the bedroom.
A washing machine is at your disposal in the bathroom.
The toilet is independent.
All the equipment in the apartment is new and of high quality.
The quicko sofa bed in the living room has very comfortable bedding with a 160x200 mattress. It can be folded up leaving the sheets installed but without the pillows which are arranged in a cupboard located right next to the sofa.
You will have at your disposal towels, dish towels for the kitchen and Foutas for the beach.
Bed linen is also provided, and beds will be made on arrival.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A safe is available.
The apartment has a closed box of 10m2 on the first floor where you can arrange your various equipment (paddle, bike...).
A space located in a closed covered parking lot is at your disposal.
The residence on 3 levels has an elevator and is located near the various food shops, a supermarket, a pharmacy, various restaurants and water activities... within walking distance.
You can take the sea shuttle located in front of the residence to get to Ajaccio in about 20 minutes (up to 9 shuttles per day).
Ajaccio airport is 10km away, Cauro golf course is 5km away.
We offer stays of 3 nights minimum.
Prices are quoted for the day for 2 people.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, the rate will be recalculated on request.
A deposit of €800 is required.
Check-in times are flexible but check-out time is set at 10 a.m. maximum.
We offer a travel cot and a high chair free of charge on request. You will just need to bring sheets for the travel cot.
You also have the option of renting a second apartment in the same residence, located below it within the availability limit.
Following your reservation, we will contact you by phone or email to get to know you and to send you a rental contract as well as the internal rules which will be returned to us dated and signed.
