Vacation Apartment No. 24 in Building I of the Hanseresidenz complex is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people + 1 toddler.
Centrally located near the beach between the main promenade and the beach promenade, the vacation rental is on the 2nd floor on the west side of the apartment complex. With approximately 70 m² of living space, you’ll have a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a balcony. It’s only about 80 m to the Baltic Sea beach.
In the comfortable living area of the vacation apartment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and a DVD player. The comfortable sofa invites you to relax. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished, west-facing balcony.
The modern kitchenette with dining area is integrated into the living area. It is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners) with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.
The first bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) and a travel crib. You’ll also find a closet here for your vacation wardrobe. The windows are equipped with roller shades for privacy.
The shower room in this vacation rental offers ample storage space. A hair dryer is provided.
Designer flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. A high chair is also available for the little ones. Pets are not allowed in this property.
You can park your car in the free underground parking space No. 24. There is a free charging station for your electric vehicle right next to the parking space (up to 8 hours of free charging per day). An elevator is available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included. In the underground parking garage (entry height 2.00 m), there is a general bicycle storage room for both Building I and Building II (limited space).
