Dimora di SteSa is a charming home with traditional maritime character, located in the heart of Monopoli’s historic center. It sits on the first floor of a quiet and historic building, at Vico Arco Oscuro 8, just steps from local shops, restaurants, and the sea. Access is via a staircase, as the apartment is not served by an elevator.
Cala Porta Vecchia, the city’s most iconic and photographed beach, is just 500 meters away. Within a few minutes on foot, you can also reach Carlo V Castle, the Old Port, and Monopoli Cathedral. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, and the coastline offers many other small coves and equipped beach clubs within easy reach.
The apartment is decorated in a modern style and is laid out on a single level. The entrance opens onto a functional kitchen equipped with a cooktop, oven, and pantry. This leads to two living areas: one with a dining table, chairs, Smart TV, and a French sofa bed; the other with a double sofa bed. At the back of the apartment, you'll find a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Three balconies complete the property: one overlooks the Church of Santa Teresa, another faces Vico Arco Oscuro, and the last one—facing the inner courtyard of the building—has a small table and two chairs.
The property is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and cannot be accessed by car. On request, a private open-air parking space is available nearby for €30 per day.

BEFORE ARRIVAL
- At the time of booking, we will send you a link to fill in the fast check-in form. You will be required to enter your identification data and to sign a tourist (or short) rental agreement, as required by Italian rental regulations.
- The tourist tax is not included in the total reservation. Prepare the amount in cash, equal to €2 per night per person, to be paid upon arrival.
- This solution is managed by MONHOLIDAY SRL. The reception is open every day and is located in Via Vittorio Veneto 10, in the city center of Monopoli.
LATE CHECK-IN
- After 22:00, for facilities without a safe, in-person check-in costs €25, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT
- Late check-out is not expected. If possible, subject to availability, the cost for each additional hour after 10:00 a.m. but no later than 1:00 p.m., is €15 per hour, to be paid in cash at the exit.
SMOKING PROHIBITED
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €200 will be charged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED
- We apologize if it is not possible to accommodate your 4-legged friends.

SEPARATE COLLECTION
- It is necessary to carry out separate waste collection correctly.
You will find the initial equipment at your entrance and we will send you instructions to carry it out in the best possible way.
In the event of a violation, an amount equal to €100 will be charged.
CRIB
- On request. The cost is €25 for the entire duration of your stay and you will have a mattress topper with corners, sheets upside down and over, pillows and pillowcases. Also including the high chair.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- €150, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card as a guarantee within 7 days before.
