This stunning historic home, recently restored following a year-long renovation, is located in a prime spot in the historic center of Monopoli, just a stone’s throw from the city’s crystal-clear sea, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets—but above all, in a quiet alley where cars cannot enter.
Equipped with every comfort (e.g., ice machine, air conditioning on every floor), it is ideal for a couple or family seeking tranquility in a typically crowded area.
The Space
The perfectly furnished areas are divided as follows:
1) First floor: kitchen with snack area (ice maker, 15-inch TV) and bathroom;
2) first floor: living room (king-size sofa bed, 55-inch TV, reading area);
3) second floor: bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet.
4) roof garden equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and sun deck
Guest Access
Check-in is conducted in person; direct access via a key located in the “security box” outside the house is permitted only in exceptional cases. Upon request, assistance is provided upon arrival, including help with parking rental cars, etc.
