Its strategic location allows you to easily explore downtown Modena on foot, while also providing a parking spot just a few steps from your front door. It’s ideal for any purpose: vacation, study, or work. Double-paned windows and air conditioning in every room let you fully enjoy Modena’s nightlife.
The apartment is located in a typical building in the historic center. Every room is bright, spacious, and cozy, furnished in an original style that blends vintage furniture and objects with more modern pieces. There’s no shortage of books, magazines, and art and photography catalogs. The goal is to make guests feel as though they’re staying at a friend’s house. Convenient parking is available just a few meters from the apartment:
- along the main street in blue-line parking spaces (paid parking Monday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at a cost of €1.45/hour; free on Sundays);
- in the underground parking garage (150 m from the house) at an approximate cost of €1.40/hour from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and €0.50/hour from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. The maximum daily parking fee is €12.

We had an incredible stay at this property. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent-quick, clear, and very helpful. The host’s home was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay and a host who truly cares.

This was an exceptional place to stay for 6 nights. I definitely recommend Simona, our host. She made our stay very comfortable. We were thrilled with such a beautiful place that she had created in this apartment. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. My wife and I stayed here with my brother and sister-inlaw. We selected this under the VRBO umbrella. We made many of our meals and found the kitchen very well supplied. At the same time we found plenty of great places to eat nearby. We used this as a hub to explore the Emilia-Romagna area.
