This tasteful and modern 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor with a southwest-facing balcony and offers 80 m² of space for up to four people.
It features a large living-dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen, now also featuring an XXL air fryer (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, hand blender, mixer, baking pan, and raclette grill). The modern living area features a dining area for 4 people as well as a breakfast bar, a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, a large DVD collection for all ages, internet access and Wi-Fi, a hi-fi/CD player, a radio, and a wine cabinet with an ice maker. In the hallway, there is a built-in closet with plenty of storage space, as well as a safe.
In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and also features a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms and the living room can be darkened with exterior blinds. The apartment also features a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
An underground parking space is available for guests. The maximum clearance height of the underground garage is 2.25 m! Two Mercedes sports bikes and a children’s bike (24 inches) are also included. One dog is permitted in the apartment. Entrance to the apartment and the underground garage is from Schulstraße. Non-smoking apartment.
