Just a few steps from the house is a small swimming beach. Here, you’ll find ideal opportunities for water sports right on your doorstep.
About the Vacation Rental
On the upper floor, with a separate entrance, you’ll find a modern living area featuring a cozy sitting area by the wood-burning stove. The open kitchen and dining area by the panoramic window blend in harmoniously. One bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds, invite you to relax. The bathroom with shower and toilet rounds out the apartment. On the large rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Bodden and across the fields. This is where your vacation begins. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed.
Thanks to its idyllic and peaceful location, the house offers pure relaxation. On the spacious garden property with access to the water, you’ll find an attractive sauna area and a barbecue area that can be used by both parties. The vacation rental has one (1) parking space on the property.
Special Features
Thanks to the car-free zone right next to the bike path, you can enjoy the nature reserve. In the annex, you’ll find an on-site wellness area with a sauna* and a view of an adjacent open field, which can be used by guests from both units for a fee (coin-operated: 1 hour = 6 EUR + one-time cleaning fee of 35 EUR). Guests of the entire house can use a washing machine free of charge. It is also located in the annex. Upon request and subject to availability, a travel crib (including mattress) and a high chair can be provided free of charge.
*Please note that parking outside the property is not permitted, as this is a nature reserve. Illegal parking is subject to heavy fines.
